The BCBA will oversee in-home ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder by developing individualized behavior intervention programs and conducting clinical assessments. They are also responsible for providing hands-on supervision and coaching to RBTs while collaborating with families to ensure quality clinical outcomes.
The intern will assist in delivering 1:1 ABA therapy, implementing behavior intervention plans, and collecting behavioral data under the supervision of a BCBA. They will also support clinical assessments, participate in team meetings, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
