The Dispatcher Resource Associate is responsible for coordinating technician schedules and performing administrative tasks to support workforce planning. The role involves working independently to manage dispatch duties during afternoon, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Prepare and document construction cost estimates and execution plans, including quantity takeoffs, pricing, subcontractor quotations, and tender submissions. Participate in design and constructability reviews, maintain estimating cost data, support project handovers, and monitor actual field methods and costs.
