You will lead the Talent & Learning team to deliver integrated learning, leadership development, and succession planning strategies across the organization. This role involves partnering with senior leaders to align workforce needs with innovative learning solutions while managing budgets and external provider relationships.
The role provides strategic leadership for financial accounting functions, including statutory reporting, cashflow management, and investment oversight. You will also advise the Chief Finance Officer on financial policies, tax compliance, and pension matters while managing a professional finance team.
