Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent technical projects across various squads, managing project plans, milestones, and risks. Coordinate between development teams, BAs, and stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical execution plans.

The role involves conducting compliance assessments, monitoring cryptocurrency transactions, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal requirements. It also includes managing AML programs, filing SARs/STRs, and providing compliance guidance to various business units.

Drive the company's Technology Risk Management framework and perform cybersecurity risk assessments across cloud environments and digital asset infrastructure. Partner with IT and Security teams to strengthen controls and develop risk reporting dashboards for management visibility.
