Provide technical leadership and strategic advice to integrate Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) across Fiji's national development priorities and governance programs. This includes conducting institutional assessments, developing GEDSI-focused policies, and providing capacity building and monitoring support to government ministries.

Support the maintenance and development of Medicaid and CHIP programmatic tools using T-MSIS data. Lead the documentation of dashboards, gather stakeholder requirements, and ensure compliance with federal and state data mandates.

The role involves serving as a project director for large HHS implementation projects and leading business development initiatives within the Medicaid domain. Responsibilities also include providing mentorship to teams and overseeing the preparation of project reports and findings.

The CDRI Specialist will lead the design and delivery of training and capacity-building activities to integrate climate disaster risks into public investment planning. They will provide technical leadership and support to strengthen institutional processes and ensure compliance with international standards.
