I am a digital projects and content creator with practical experience in customer communication, online communities, social media and cryptocurrency. I have built digital projects independently and developed strong skills in communication, problem-solving, research and working with online platforms. I launched and monetized two English-language YouTube channels from scratch and grew a TikTok account from 0 to 100K+ followers. I also have practical knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain and crypto exchanges and regularly use TradingView, CoinMarketCap and CoinGlass for market research. I am calm under pressure, responsible and comfortable learning new tools and processes quickly. My background in sports and emergency services also taught me discipline, teamwork and decision-making under pressure. I am looking for a fully remote Customer Support, Customer Service, Community Support, Operations or similar digital role where I can grow within an international team and build a long-term career.
