I am a People and Talent professional with an MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology and more than four years of experience in recruitment, stakeholder management and process coordination. I have worked with technical and non-technical hiring, high-volume recruitment, structured interviews, assessments, documentation and onboarding compliance. I enjoy making processes clearer, supporting managers and creating a positive experience for the people involved. Two achievements I am especially proud of are being promoted from Medior to Senior Recruiter at Atabix and stepping in to guide two recruiters and an intern during my manager’s extended absence. I also worked with our Product Owner to create a workflow for a new outsourcing service, which helped us track projects and match candidates in a more structured way. For my next step, I am looking for a fully remote role in People Operations, HR Operations, onboarding, employee experience or people and project coordination. I would also consider a Talent Acquisition role if it includes broader People or operational responsibilities. I am based in Portugal and comfortable working independently with colleagues and stakeholders across different locations. I am practical, organised and people-focused. I have experience with Workday, Teamtailor, Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled workflows. My background as a former professional field hockey player has also shaped how I approach teamwork, feedback and taking responsibility.
