Hi there, I am a data analyst and business support specialist with close to 4 years of experience in service and logistics industry. My key role included collecting, analyzing fleet data of 150 trucks and giving insights that support the performance of drivers, completed trips and also resource (fuel) allocation. These decisions informed leadership and team to focus on business growth and productivity. I have managed the virtual training project of contractors who are looking to be compliant - from onboarding and outreach strategies such as SMS, Emails and calls, to training coordination to aftersales services such as issuance of certificates, allocations of required points and customer support. My key achievements is 200% increase in revenue YoY through continuous improvement strategies and insights derived from data. I also created, maintained and continuously improve data workflows in sales, operations and financial data supporting management make right decisions that contribute to company growth and teams to focus on customer acquisition and account management. This led to understanding the business performance, knowing and exhausting customer needs, improving our partner trust and reducing payments errors by 98% and being more conscious of cost.
