What I do: Social media management and content calendars; email newsletters, automated flows, and lead-nurturing sequences; Canva graphics, templates, and basic video editing; blog writing, landing pages, and website updates. Before marketing, I was an online English teacher and a customer support representative. Those years taught me to communicate clearly, listen well, and stay calm and professional. I'm always learning. Most recently, I completed training in GoHighLevel marketing automation and AI-assisted workflows with Claude, so I can help brands work smarter, not harder.
