I am an Associate Professor and management professional with 16 years of university experience and more than 20 years of combined experience in strategic management, organizational development, HR planning, and public-sector management. My work focuses on strategic planning, organizational transformation, human resource management, public policy, productivity, and evidence-based decision-making. I also have extensive experience in management research, statistical analysis, and professional training, having delivered more than 4,000 hours of training for organizational and healthcare professionals. Two achievements I am particularly proud of are leading strategic planning and organizational improvement initiatives across organizations, including Urmia University and public-sector institutions, and developing and implementing strategic planning projects that translated organizational challenges into practical strategies and improvement actions. I have also published more than 30 academic articles and regularly conduct quantitative and structural equation modeling research using SPSS and SmartPLS. For my next remote role, I am looking for a position where I can apply my experience in strategy, organizational research, HR, and data analysis to solve real business and organizational problems. I am particularly interested in remote opportunities as a Strategy/Business Consultant, Organizational Researcher, People & Strategy Analyst, or Management/Data Analyst, including project-based and part-time engagements.
