I began my career in frontline sales, where I learned the fundamentals of customer engagement, relationship building, and consultative selling. Through determination and continuous improvement, I developed the skills necessary to excel in highly competitive environments, working with clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. These experiences helped me establish a strong foundation in sales presentations, negotiation, financial discussions, customer service, and closing high-value transactions. As my career progressed, I advanced into leadership positions including Sales Supervisor, Assistant Sales Manager, and Head Sales Manager. This progression provided me with a comprehensive understanding of both sales execution and business leadership. I have successfully managed multicultural teams, coached and developed sales professionals, implemented performance improvement strategies, and contributed to revenue growth and operational success. My international experience has allowed me to adapt quickly to different markets, business cultures, and customer expectations. Working in Dubai strengthened my leadership capabilities and exposed me to world-class sales environments where performance, accountability, and innovation were essential for success. In the Bahamas, I have continued to contribute to hospitality and sales operations while expanding my understanding of customer experience and business development within a luxury tourism environment.
