I am a Bioengineering graduate with a focus on biomedical engineering, with a strong background in technical support, laboratory instrumentation, and regulated environments such as GMP. Professionally, I have been working as a medical interpreter in OPI and VRI settings, facilitating clear, accurate, and culturally appropriate communication between patients and healthcare providers. I have experience handling high call volumes while maintaining strict confidentiality standards, including HIPAA compliance. I consistently achieve high performance metrics, including a CSAT of 5.0 and QA scores above 95%. In addition, I have experience in research environments, supporting the validation and implementation of laboratory infrastructure and equipment, as well as troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining documentation.
