I am a software engineer with over 30 years of experience building and supporting large-scale telecom, cloud, and communication platforms. Over the last decade, I have focused primarily on backend development using Go, working on VoIP systems, messaging platforms, SaaS applications, and AWS-based services. Throughout my career, I have worked on carrier-grade systems including HLR subscriber platforms, SIP/VoIP infrastructure, SMPP messaging gateways, and cloud-native applications. My experience includes designing and maintaining distributed backend services, integrating third-party systems, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting mission-critical environments with high availability requirements. At Cention, I played a key role in the evolution of a legacy communications platform into a multi-tenant SaaS solution running on AWS. I developed and maintained Go services for telephony, messaging, reporting, and system integrations, while also helping resolve complex production incidents and performance issues. I enjoy solving practical engineering problems, improving system reliability, and building software that delivers real business value. I am currently seeking a remote backend engineering role where I can contribute my Go expertise, distributed systems experience, and strong production support background while continuing to learn and grow as an engineer.
