Customer Service Representative with 2 Years of Experience
I work in customer service, but tech is honestly what gets me out of bed. I've been obsessed with it my whole life, not in a casual "I like gadgets" way, but in a genuinely can't-stop-learning way. Networking, programming, AI, hardware, full-stack dev, display tech... if it's technology, I want to understand it. I started teaching myself to code and dig into networking on my own time, mostly because I couldn't help myself. Some people unwind with Netflix. I end up three hours deep into how a protocol works or why a certain architecture makes more sense than another. I'm still building my foundation, but I pick things up fast and I don't quit on things that matter to me. Tech matters to me. I'm ready to stop doing it on the side and actually make it my career.
