My name is Vinit Ram Mali, and I am a B.Com graduate with 1.7 years of experience in an international US inbound process at Teleperformance. In my current role, I handle customer support, issue resolution, and escalation management while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction. I have also mentored and certified multiple training batches and supported team operations as a temporary trainer. I am skilled in communication, problem-solving, Microsoft Excel, and customer handling, and I am currently looking to transition into remote SaaS support or customer success roles where I can grow professionally and work with international teams.
