Brief summary about me -    Over the past five years in the Agent Analytics team, I have worked across multiple generations of our technology stack, transitioning from ADLA/USQL to Spark and ClickHouse, while also working with application frameworks such as Orleans.   My work has focused on building analytics for some of the most rapidly evolving areas of the product, including workplace, Copilot, and agent metrics, often under highly time-sensitive delivery requirements. I was also part of the work on Analyst Copilot, the first Copilot experience in our product and the only one for nearly two years.   Beyond feature delivery, I have contributed to platform-level engineering, including query-layer abstractions used by core system components. Overall, my experience spans analytical product development, platform engineering, distributed systems, and adapting systems to changing technologies and business requirements. Sign in to your account
