I'm an operations leader with 9 years of experience building teams, launching businesses and fixing operations in retail, sports-tech, consumer and AI startups. At Hudle, I built a 130-person field operations team from zero across Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru, and cut operational overhead by 50% by automating scheduling, reporting and field workflows. At Novella Tales, I led a turnaround that took a funded startup to profitability in 6 months, cutting the client backlog from 180 to 30 and costs by 12%. Before that I spent 6.5 years at Decathlon India, launching 3 new stores, running a Rs 140 Cr flagship store with 90+ people and growing a Rs 30 Cr category across 30 stores.
