In my current role, I oversee full branch operations with responsibility for financial performance, workforce management, and service delivery. By aligning team execution with clear operational priorities, I’ve helped increase revenue, improve margins, and elevate overall performance while maintaining strict compliance standards. I’m particularly strong at identifying breakdowns in process and quickly implementing solutions that stick.
