I am a logistics, quality assurance, and operations leader with more than 15 years of experience managing complex programs, leading teams, improving processes, and ensuring organizational compliance. My background includes logistics and supply chain operations, quality assurance, program management, training and development, administrative operations, and cross-functional leadership. In my current work, I lead quality assurance and compliance efforts across logistics operations, conducting and overseeing hundreds of inspections while identifying trends, evaluating risk, developing corrective actions, and helping teams improve performance.
