Throughout my career at Trendyol, Yemeksepeti (Delivery Hero), and Ruby Labs, I've specialized in transforming complex data into actionable business insights, building scalable data solutions, and improving operational efficiency. At Yemeksepeti, I was involved in building the data warehouse and reporting infrastructure from the ground up, developing end-to-end data models, reports, and dashboards to support payments, wallet, fraud, and accounting teams. More recently, at Ruby Labs, I focused on payment performance, approval rates, payment routing, fraud monitoring, chargebacks, subscription renewals, and revenue optimization. I also improved payment KPI definitions and investigated discrepancies across payment processors.
