I'm an AI data annotation and technical troubleshooting specialist. Since 2022 I have worked in computer repair and IT support, and since late 2025 I have done remote AI response evaluation, data labelling and prompt testing. Two achievements: I restored client devices to working order and followed up to confirm they were satisfied, and I earned certifications in AI agent evaluation (Mercor) and data labelling and annotation. I'm looking for a remote role in AI evaluation, technical support or IT troubleshooting where I can keep growing. I work independently, follow guidelines closely and meet deadlines.
