Executive assistant | AI Automation
Two years as an executive assistant to founders in e-commerce, retail and media: calendars, travel, contracts, suppliers, invoices, and whatever else the founder shouldn't be spending an afternoon on. In the first year I noticed the same tasks kept coming back every week, so I started writing them down and handing them off to a script. That's most of what I do now. A supplier base from scratch: 95 manufacturers in Russia, 50+ in Uzbekistan, checked against price, lead time and minimum order. I wrote the SOP as I went, so the next person could run it without me. Unit economics used to live in a spreadsheet somebody updated by hand. I replaced it with n8n pulling from the marketplace API, plus Claude for the parts that don't parse cleanly. It returns cost price, margin and ROI on its own, and the sales team started using it as their weekly report, which I hadn't planned for. AI replies to customer reviews: the scenario picks up product context and adjusts tone to what the person is actually complaining about. A human approved every answer for the first month, until we stopped finding fixes. Company regulations lived in two systems, nobody knew which version was current. I moved them into one knowledge base, with onboarding assigned automatically. Tools I actually use: n8n, Claude, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, Excel, CRM, MoySklad, marketplace APIs, Telegram bots. Remote from Batumi (GMT+4), which fits European hours and US mornings. Planning a move to Italy. If a good chunk of your week goes to reporting, suppliers or admin, that's the work I like. moiya211@gmail.com
