Timofey Bugaevsky

Senior full-stack engineer with 20+ years of experience building and modernizing high-load web applications and internal platforms. I specialize in stabilizing and scaling existing systems, especially marketplaces, and delivering PoC/MVPs for startups. I’m comfortable owning entire products end-to-end – from architecture and performance tuning to CI/CD and cloud infrastructure. I’ve repeatedly rescued legacy systems that were unmaintained for years without risky rewrites, and delivered enterprise products with budgets up to $1M. I work as an independent contractor via a Portuguese legal entity (ENI) and have over 8 years of productive remote work, including 4+ years working with US/UK/EU clients with weekly reports clarifying what’s done for each day, can provide a W-8BEN form.
