I have worked closely with Directors of HR, Managing Directors, C-Suite colleagues and as part of Senior Leadership Teams (SLT) supporting on all HR, talent and learning issues and initiatives to enable change within the organisation. Previously I have managed the HR function in organisations within the sectors of Retail, Education and Financial Services and been responsible for payroll, including bringing it in-house.
