I build systems, improve broken processes, and make complicated operations easier to run. I’ve managed multilingual teams, untangled complex logistics, and helped growing organizations work better. Most recently, I helped grow a vehicle logistics operation from 8 people to about 25, built 100+ SOPs and operating resources, trained and developed employees, and improved key workflows. I’m at my best when operations are busy, complicated, or changing. I bring practical judgment, collaborative leadership, strong customer service, and a focus on creating processes people will actually use.
