Thomas Mueller

I am a Swiss-trained logistics and customs professional, entrepreneur, and business developer with long-standing international experience across freight forwarding, customs consulting, visa services, travel, expat support, and regulated retail operations. I originally trained as a forwarding agent and, in 1997, successfully completed the Swiss Federal Diploma as a Customs Declarant. In 2007, I co-founded AVS allvisumservice GmbH together with my brother, building it into a successful visa and service company, where I remain active today. In 2012, I led the management buyout of the AFG customs department, which became BKM Customs + Consulting GmbH. I served as Managing Director and shareholder of the company until the end of 2017, supporting clients with customs processes, compliance, and operational consulting. Since 2018, I have been based in Hua Hin, Thailand. I am involved in several businesses, including PTW Hua Hin, recognized as a premium medical cannabis dispensary in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, Managing Director of Siamreisen.com, agent of AVS allvisumservice, and an expat support office. In 2021, I also completed training as an Online Senior Marketer, strengthening my expertise in digital marketing, customer acquisition, and online business development.
