I fix the broken and fragmented systems that keep organizations anchored to the past. With 18 years in high-compliance federal sectors, I modernize legacy environments by extracting maximum utility from existing tech stacks. Most notably, I architected a custom enterprise ticketing system to replace the high-visibility AETC service desk slated for sunset. This project served as the pivot for my focus on Power Platform architecture, a specialization I have held since 2020. I bridge the gap between technical debt and modern cloud environments by leveraging the synthesis between legacy and modern systems that ensure integrity under the rigors of real-world missions.
