I help organizations navigate change, build capability, and become more effective. Over the last 10+ years, I've worked across leadership, enablement, talent development, and organizational transformation roles, most recently leading Commercial Enablement for Uber's US & Canada business. Today, my team supports 1,500+ commercial employees and 170 managers through onboarding, leadership development, AI adoption, manager excellence, and large-scale change initiatives. What I enjoy most is helping strategy turn into reality. I'm often the person connecting dots across teams, identifying challenges before they become obstacles, and building the systems, programs, and support needed to help organizations successfully execute through change. While my experience has largely been built within commercial organizations, what motivates me has never been sales itself. It's helping people perform at their best, developing leaders, improving how organizations operate, and creating clarity during periods of growth and transformation. I'm particularly interested in opportunities focused on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce transformation, talent strategy, capability building, enablement leadership, and change management. I'm open to both dedicated People/Talent organizations and business-facing enablement teams where the work is closely connected to strategy, operational priorities, and measurable business outcomes.
