I have spent five years doing people enablement properly across learning & development, organisational wellbeing, and employee experience, inside a global organisation of 2,500 employees across 110+ countries. What makes my background unusual is the 20+ years that came before it. I owned P&Ls, led C-suite relationships, and delivered commercial results across international markets for two decades. The move into people & learning wasnβt a pivot. It was where I was always headed. That foundation gives me a way of thinking about people work that most professionals in this space simply donβt have. I can read a business case and design a curriculum, work at board level and at human level, and tie every programme I build to outcomes that actually matter.
