Federal Financial Operations professional with more than 10 years of experience supporting financial management, payment operations, enterprise financial systems, and process improvement initiatives across federal and municipal organizations. Experienced in Momentum Financials, Treasury payment systems, reconciliations, contract and invoice review, audit readiness, and stakeholder engagement. Throughout my career, I have supported the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (Department of Justice), where I have reviewed contracts and invoices, resolved complex payment issues, managed payment reprocessing activities using TCIS, developed standard operating procedures, and participated in client-facing operational meetings. I also served as an Interim Team Lead and as a Momentum Financials Trainer and Functional Analyst, delivering training to more than 2,500 end users and supporting system implementation and testing efforts.
