I am a versatile and technically skilled professional with 5+ years of experience spanning video production, technical support, customer service, education, and military equipment management. I hold an Associate of Applied Science in Radio, Television, and Film from Austin Community College, with hands-on experience in video editing, production, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Photoshop, audio engineering, and live production technology. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills. As a U.S. Army Unit Armorer, I managed and tracked more than $500,000 in equipment internationally, requiring exceptional attention to detail and accountability. I have also built and supported computer systems and learned software such as ProPresenter and OBS independently to provide technical support for live-streaming operations. In my current role managing a learning center, I oversee employees, maintain compliance with state and federal standards, and manage day-to-day operations.
