National Board Certified Educator and Instructional Leader with an M.A.T. in Gifted and Talented Education and over a decade of experience in curriculum design, program management, instructional leadership, and professional learning. With experience across three states and diverse educational settings, I specialize in revitalizing programs and creating engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences that drive meaningful outcomes. As Program Coordinator and Learning Specialist for a Gifted and Talented Title I Magnet Academy, I oversee curriculum design, district compliance, stakeholder communication, student advocacy, and professional development initiatives. My work focuses on translating research-based practices into actionable strategies that help educators and learners thrive. My expertise is rooted in instructional design for gifted and advanced learners, from conducting needs assessments to developing interdisciplinary STEAM experiences centered on authentic, real-world challenges. I have designed and facilitated professional learning at the state and national levels focused on personalized learning, whole-learner development, and critical and creative problem-solving.
