Registered Nurse
Seeking: Remote Nurse
What do you do? For how long? I am a Registered Nurse with six years of critical care experience, including the last three years working in the Cardiac Cath lab. My experience includes caring for critically ill and cardiac patients, pre- and post-procedure assessment, patient education, care coordination, medication administration, and recognizing changes in patient condition. I have also served as a charge nurse and preceptor, which strengthened my leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills. I have been on a few projects where I audit the charts, and consents for the unit. Two accomplishments I am most proud of are becoming a charge nurse and serving as a preceptor for other nurses. As a charge nurse, I helped coordinate patient flow, staffing, and daily operations while maintaining safe patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a preceptor, I helped train and support nurses as they developed their clinical skills and confidence. I am looking to transition my critical care and cardiology experience into a remote nursing role where I can continue using my clinical judgment, communication, and care coordination skills. I am especially interested in telehealth, utilization review, case management, clinical documentation improvement, patient education, or other remote RN positions that allow me to advocate for patients while contributing to quality and efficient care.
