I've spent 5+ years growing products other people built: increasing organic traffic by 40% and achieving 75% client retention for US home-service clients, while leading a 12-member cross-functional team. It was a good run. But somewhere along the way, I realized I want to be in the room where decisions about what gets built, and why, are made. Here's what I think carries over from growth to product: I'm good at reading what users actually do (not just what they say), turning messy data into a dashboard someone can act on, and getting a room of people with different priorities to agree on what matters most. Where I'm building next: I completed the IBM Product Management Professional Certificate and am currently in the AI PM Fellowship at Product Space, focused on AI product management.
