My name is Tania Tomlinson. I was previously an educational technologist based in Kingston with several years of experience supporting adult learners and faculty in a university setting. In that role, I spend most of my time explaining complex processes clearly, guiding people through online systems, and resolving issues in real time, which has strengthened my communication and problem‑solving skills. Before that, I worked in customer service and administrative roles where I was measured on accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality, so I’m comfortable working with targets and handling a high volume of interactions.
