My wedding got hit by COVID and a Texas ice and snow storm on the same day. I was calm the entire time. That is when I knew operations was not just what I do. It is how I think. Over the past 10 years I have built teams, systems, and processes across tech, pharma, education, and nonprofit sectors. I specialize in the moments when things are complicated, ambiguous, or falling apart and making sure they do not stay that way. I have led teams through layoffs, rapid growth, remote transitions, and everything in between. I do not just fix broken processes. I build the systems and the trust that keep them from breaking in the first place. Some of the work I am most proud of includes building automated reporting systems across 1,000+ accounts, improving productivity by 25% in a regulated environment, and deploying AI tools that reduced manual effort across 11 brands. What makes me different is that I lead with people first. The best process in the world fails if the humans running it do not trust each other.
