• Program/ project management: 20 years of experience in action research, humanitarian response, and community development across Nepal, India, Yemen, and Israel. Experience in designing and managing a diverse project portfolio in terms of both approach (right-based, market-led) and scope (food system, health nutrition, TVET) • Leadership: In addition to technical portfolio management, successfully functioned as administrative leadership and led the country team in various capacities including Head of Office and Interim Country Director. • Monitoring and Evaluation: Solid research understanding (design, methodology, sampling, data collection and interpretation). Expertise in MEAL system development - log-frame, result-chain, and process and indicator monitoring. Reviewed/ coordinated/ managed over fifteen feasibility/ baseline/ endline/ final evaluation studies. • Donor engagement: Managed a wide range of donor funded projects and familiar with their compliance and requirements, including Happel Foundation, BMZ, ECHO, EU, USAID, FCDO, BMGF, SIDA, DFAT, and WFP. • Business development: Proven track record in business development, leading processes that mobilized over USD 15 million in grants and impact investments, including the design and management of innovation challenge funds. • Knowledge transfer: Led over 20 technical studies and produced >50 knowledge products. Experience in organizing policy dialogues, and documenting and disseminating the learnings (process, results) at conferences. • Skills: Certified PMDPro Level 2. Gender Analysis. Market Analysis. Climate Risk Mapping. • Education: Academic journey spans over various disciplines, from business administration and sociology to agricultural and nutritional sciences.
