Suneel Gill

I am a public health researcher and data management professional with around three years of experience supporting health research projects, particularly in clinical and implementation research. I manage research datasets, perform data cleaning and quality checks, develop and maintain REDCap and KoboToolbox databases, support field data collection, and prepare clean datasets and project deliverables. I also have experience working with quantitative and qualitative research teams and supporting research activities from data collection through reporting. One of my key achievements was independently managing a longitudinal clinical dataset of more than 1,200 participants across multiple health facilities, maintaining data quality and resolving data queries throughout the study. I also developed and managed research databases, including REDCap-based data collection and registry systems, while supporting research teams with data monitoring, documentation, and quality assurance. I am now looking for a remote role where I can apply my experience in research data management, data quality, database management, and research operations. I am particularly interested in roles such as Research Data Manager, Clinical Research Data Coordinator, Data Quality/Data Management Specialist, Research Assistant, or Monitoring and Evaluation/Data Officer. I am also looking for a role that allows me to progressively strengthen my skills in data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and evidence-based decision-making.
