Hi, I'm Sulbha Chaudhary — an editor, content strategist, and language professional with over 20 years of experience helping people tell their stories with clarity and conviction. CURRENTLY Right now, I'm working as a Localization Quality Assurance where I am editing STEM documents for higher education. I am also working as a Partner Author where I am designing mastery books and lesson plans for Grade 4. Prior to this, I served as a Pod Lead and LLM Trainer at Turing, where I led a team of five in training AI language models for clients like Nvidia and Qwen — evaluating responses for linguistic fidelity, annotating outputs using rubric-based criteria, and creating nuanced prompts to stress-test model behaviour. This was an SFT project. PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY The core of my career was built at IDP, where I spent nearly nine years as an Admissions Team Lead — editing SOPs, LORs, resumes, and essays for students applying to universities in the US, UK, and beyond. I've had the privilege of seeing students get accepted into Ivy League institutions, and I take that responsibility seriously. Before that, I was a Senior Admissions Editor at Manya Education, and an online English tutor and certified SAT essay grader at TutorVista for US-based students. WHAT SETS ME APART I'm someone who blends precision with empathy — I don't just edit documents; I coach people. I'm detail-oriented by nature, deadline-driven by habit, and genuinely invested in the success of whoever I'm working with. I thrive in remote, cross-functional environments and bring both a trainer's patience and a strategist's eye to every project.
