I'm a brand strategist, creative director, and copywriter with 20+ years of experience building and scaling brand voice for global companies. Most recently, I served as VP of Global Creative & Brand Strategy at Kiehl's Since 1851 for over a decade, and now run my own brand consultancy, working with start-ups and high-growth clients. Two achievements I'm most proud of: First, I helped lead Kiehl's transformation from a $200M to a $2B global brand, building and managing a creative team of 10+ across 40+ markets while maintaining a consistent, authentic brand voice at scale. Second, I helped launch Kiehl's Personals, the brand's first intimate care line, translating a historically taboo topic into bold, science-backed messaging that normalized the conversation without sacrificing credibility. For my next role, I'm seeking a remote position where I can apply strategic brand and creative leadership, whether that's Head of Brand, VP Brand Strategy, or a fractional/contract engagement, ideally with a growth-stage or purpose-driven company. I'm drawn to opportunities where I can translate complex ideas (scientific, technical, or otherwise) into clear, compelling brand storytelling, and where remote flexibility allows me to bring senior-level strategic thinking without requiring daily in-office presence.
