Stephen James Cator

I’m a 3D Visualizer and Interior Designer specializing in architectural visualization, 3D modeling, interior concepts, and photorealistic rendering. I have nearly 5 years of experience working with international clients, primarily creating residential and commercial spaces using SketchUp, Lumion, Unreal Engine, AutoCAD, and Photoshop. Two achievements I’m proud of are delivering 3D visualization projects for 100+ property projects and helping clients and teams communicate design concepts clearly through realistic renders, layouts, and visual presentations. I’ve also worked on a wide range of projects, including residential properties, condominiums, commercial spaces, bakeries, and product/interior designs. For my next role, I’m looking for a 100% remote/WFH position as a 3D Architectural Visualizer, 3D Architectural Modeller, Interior Designer, or Architectural Designer. I’m especially interested in long-term opportunities where I can focus on 3D design, visualization, and architectural/interior projects while continuing to develop my skills.
