Stefanie van Elswijk

I’m a bilingual Dutch/English Finance & Accounts Payable professional with extensive experience in Accounts Payable, accounting, invoicing, bookkeeping, purchasing, and financial administration. I have more than 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with the most recent 8+ years working in fully remote roles for international organizations. In my current role as an Accounts Payable Analyst at Kinsta, I manage the full AP cycle, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payments, employee expenses, multi-currency consultant invoices, bank reconciliations, and month-end close support. Two achievements I’m particularly proud of are building a strong track record of accurately managing complex, multi-currency AP processes while working independently in a fully remote environment, and developing broad experience across different financial systems, including NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, and Bill.com. My ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams has been a key part of my success. For my next remote role, I’m looking for a position in Accounts Payable, accounting, or finance where I can use my experience to contribute immediately while continuing to grow professionally. I’m particularly interested in working with an international, remote-first company that values accuracy, reliability, clear communication, and independent ownership.
