I built and ran People Operations from scratch in two fully remote tech companies (from 20 to 100+ FTEs): employee (remote) onboarding, global employment law and compliance, async communication practices, compensation structure, people analytics, performance and feedback. Developed Agile Product Ownership at Booking.com, and brought it to the People Operations domain, both in the way I built effective teams as an HR Lead and in the Employer of Record application development at Boundless. I combine high-level strategic planning, advisory and hands-on or tactical work.
