Field Support Specialists/Lead for LYNX Services
I have worked in customer service for over 19 years. I have taken glass claims, fnol claims and worked on billing for glass shops on work that they have done. I have also worked in the account side of things inputting banking information into the system. Was team lead for over 11 years. Help with training and testing of computer systems.
