I have over 10 years of experience in management, coordination, and operational work in large industrial environments and service-management companies. I worked with a major machine-building plant (JSC Dniprotyazhmash) and a management company (LLC SPF Dneprotechservice) that handled operational, administrative, and commercial asset management. I started as an assistant and coordinator to the business owner and later moved into leadership roles. In practice, I acted as the owner’s trusted representative in day-to-day operations and communication with both internal teams and external partners. My work included supporting the owner and management team operationally, coordinating different departments (production, sales, procurement, logistics, service), organizing internal workflows, tracking task execution, and keeping deadlines under control. I also communicated with partners, clients, contractors, and other counterparties on the owner’s behalf, and prepared documents, reports, and materials needed for decision-making. I have experience supporting strategic and operational decisions, organizing workflows, assisting with negotiations, and handling non-standard or complex situations. I am used to working with many tasks at once and in changing conditions. I am comfortable working with documentation, contracts, internal procedures, and organizational matters, including confidential ones. Now I am interested in moving into a technology-focused environment in roles related to coordination, operational or administrative executive support, process management, or team coordination. I am not aiming for software development roles, but I want to work in an IT company where I can apply my management and coordination experience, adapt quickly to new tools, and gradually expand my skills.
