I do data entry, data cleaning and research support. I enter and organize records, clean messy spreadsheets in Excel and Google Sheets, move tables from PDFs into Excel, and research information online while recording where it came from. I check my own work for errors and flag anything unclear instead of guessing. I have done this kind of work since 2020, first as a freelance research and data assistant for a family business (Feb 2020 to Oct 2022), and more recently through six self-directed portfolio projects. I also hold a Diploma in Counseling Psychology (Grade A-) and I am fluent in English. Two things I am proud of from my portfolio projects: I cleaned and standardized 500 raw customer records, fixing duplicates, formats and missing details, and documented what I changed. I researched 50 real companies across Kenya, Africa, Europe and Asia and logged 350 source checks, marking anything I could not confirm instead of guessing. Next, I want a remote data entry, data cleaning or research assistant role, part-time or full-time, with a team that values accuracy and clear instructions. I am reliable with deadlines, communicate clearly in writing, and happy to start with small tasks to prove the quality of my work.
