I’m an operations leader who thrives at the intersection of Business Operations (BizOps) and people development. I don’t just build systems; I build capacity in the teams who run them. Colleagues and clients describe me as a strategic and practical leader who brings clarity, empowers others to succeed, and thrives in complexity. Most recently, as Operations Manager at Paradise Media, I co-built the company’s first operations department from scratch, scaling a team of eight specialists in under a year and launching the organization’s first-ever systems across multiple departments. I operationalized strategy and delivered measurable impact: leading organizational training, championing compliance, and driving adoption of ClickUp workflows for HR, publishing and finance. One of my audits surfaced $560K in unfulfilled obligations, safeguarding revenue and resetting compliance standards. Before that, I spent seven years as a self-employed Online Business Manager and Integrator, partnering with small business owners to streamline operations and improve team performance. I built ClickUp systems to centralize workflows, improve accountability, and drive team efficiency. Along the way, I became one of the first 20 vetted ClickUp consultants worldwide. Earlier in my career, I gained a global perspective through roles in higher education, nonprofits, and international development—from serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Cape Verde to lecturing in Morocco, and leading U.S. State Department English programs in Timor-Leste. These experiences sharpened my ability to adapt quickly, deliver innovative solutions, and lead change in diverse environments. Today, I’m driven to take everything I’ve learned across global programs, education, and business operations into my next leadership role to help organizations scale smarter, lead stronger, and achieve sustainable impact.
