Currently chasing my dream to enable our younger generation more employable and hence bridging the gap between academics and industry expectations as a Training and Placement Head of two schools such as SOHMS ( School of Healthcare and Medical Science) and SOLB ( School of Life sciences and Biotechnology) which includes total 11 courses taken together PG/ UG/ Diploma in the largest NAAC accredited Private University of Eastern India , prior to this I am having to 15 years hard core industrial experience in Sales , business Development and brand building and retail operations , FMCG, OTC and expert in Self monitoring of blood glucose (SMBG) device sales and distribution in retail channel, hospital business , sales development , people management, sales training, key account management and distribution management.
