I have been a Manager for Casey's for 10+ years. I trained other managers as well as all team members to follow Casey's and mandatory government guidelines. I created the schedule and completed payroll on a bi-weekly basis. I created forms to help team members understand their role, also streamlining work duties. I helped to set up new stores, including setting up racks and hardware and stocking the store with all products. I ensured that all signage was correct with a particular emphasis on accuracy. While working from my home office I reviewed metrics, created reports, and frequently touched base with the managers I supervised to ensure they were understanding the duties they needed to accomplish.
