I'm an IT support technician with over 15 years of experience from resolving software to hardware issues. I have designed and built networks for small businesses using appliances such as Fortigate, Netgate, Meraki, etc. I have been providing technical support remotely and onsite visits when there's hardware that need to be replaced. I enjoy letting customers know that they're number 1 and appreciated.
